Wisdom Organizational Theory

Abstract:
The conventional organizational theories are based on the functionalist view, a vision that is ontological, ontological and sociologically orderly. Given the criticisms that have been made on this theory, alternative alternatives have been proposed or proposed by the advocates of other trivial views (interpretiveism, fundamentalist humanism, and fundamentalist structuralism). The formation of the Islamic state in Islamic countries has called for the choice of organizational theory corresponding to Islamic principles. This article is an attempt to raise the meaning of Islamic organizational theory with a view to Islamic wisdom. Islamic wisdom is based on the knowledge of the falsehood, the meditation of thought, the comprehensiveness, and the virtue of the right through science and reason. On the basis of such a decree, based on existing beliefs, existing organizational theories can be criticized. Therefore, organizational theorem based on Islamic wisdom is not an option, but a strategic necessity, which is presented in this paper.
