The survey factors affecting of the organizational silence in government organization

Abstract:
This study aims to identify and classify the factors causing the phenomenon of organizational silence. There are powerful forces in many organizations that cause widespread withholding of idea and knowledge between employees and organization. This powerful forces named as organizational silence.The population of the middle class workers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Data analysis were used by factor analysis. The main factors that led to the organizations to refuse to be silent about such a profound silence for lack of the work of silence to the Want to know the unique knowledge and ideas, self , to keep quiet location , due to the complications of frightened silence , because silence is not allowed to participate in the decision making silent because no impact on existing offers silence because of the lack of organizational problems , silent because no change decision by executives , managers remain silent for fear of silence to prevent the breach with friends.
