Cognitive-Behavioral approach for training of Self-Esteem on Self-efficacy of conscripted soldiers of Police Departments

Abstract:
The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral training of self-confidence on Self-efficacy of conscripted soldiers of Police Departments in Shahrekord city.
Method
The purpose of this research is applied one and In terms of quasi-experimental designs with Control Group Pre-test/Post-test Design. The study population consisted of all Special conscripted soldiers of Shahrekords city, n=241, according to Morgan table 144 people considered for the sample size; Then, 36 people who their self-efficacy scores were a standard deviation lower than Average were selected and then randomly put into two groups as experimental and control groups (18 per group). The experimental group received 8*90 min/sessions of cognitive-behavioral training.

Conclusion
it can be concluded that cognitive behavioral training can be used to improve confidence of conscripted soldiers.
