Compilation a psychological empowerment program based on individual psychology theory and and evaluation its effectiveness on female-headed household's empowerments

The purpose of this study was to Compilating a psychological empowerment training program based on individual psychology Adler's theory on female-headed household’s and evaluate its effectiveness. Which was carried out in two qualitative and quantitative stages. In the first stage, thematic content analysis was used. The research community was the textbooks in which the theory of individual psychology was described. Sampling was done purposefully. The second stage was carried out using a semi-experimental method. The statistical population consisted of women headed by household. By multi-stage cluster sampling, 30 individuals were selected according to the criteria of the study. To analyze the data, one-variable covariance analysis was used. The findings indicated that the psychological empowerment training program has an impact on increasing the level of psychological empowerment of female headed households and it can be concluded that psychological empowerment is the process of empowering individuals who will be able to improve their sense of ability and competence and overcome the feeling of impotence And helplessness
