Evaluation of Organizational Climate, Quality of Learning Experiences and School Burnout of students (Elected Elites of National and Olympiad Tests from National Education Testing Organization)

The purpose of this research was the evaluation of organizational climate, quality of learning experiences and school burnout of elected elites from national and Olympiad tests from National Educational Testing Organization.
It is an applied research and the research method was survey – descriptive. The study population included all the elected elites of national and Olympiad tests from National Educational Testing Organization in between 2012 and 2013 (10504). Using Morgan, 371 people were selected stratified random. To collect data, from two standardized questionnaires and a researchermade questionnaire were used, that the questionnaires validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and also its reliability (the Cronbach's alpha) was reported 0/86 for Quality of learning experiences questionnaire, 0.86 for School burnout questionnaire, 0.93 for school burnout questionnaire. The data were analyzed by variate T-test, bivariate T-test, ANOVA.
Findings: The result showed that the quality of learning experiences, school burnout and organizational climate is favorable situation.
