Qarz-Hassan Share Reduction Pathology in Iran Riba Free Banking

The full realization of Islamic banking, is the favorable end of Iran's banking system which will have the economic benefits and non-economic of course, it's important unless with correct diagnosis of the problems of the present and future and wise decision to meet they will not be realized. In this regard pathology of loan issue is one of the notable issues and has priority. In this research we seek to factors affecting the loan issue based on the study of literature, expert opinion and the opinion of various sectors of society, to recognized, categorize and prioritize. For this purpose, at the beginning with study in the library and brainstorm with teachers, the conceptual framework of doing research in three main phases including research and interviews with experts, general questionnaires and surveys prioritized was designed. Based on this by examining the research associated with the loan and conduct interviews with experts, effective factors of identified and research questionnaire adjusted.The findings show that legal vacuum, inflation and low-income people, driving causes reducing the share of loan and Bank competition to increase investment interest and the lack of serious intention to extend loan from bank managers also are related political factors to this issue.
