Designing and testing a model of antecedents affecting the development of entrepreneurship among employees of the public libraries in Khuzestan province

Abstract:
Objective
This study aimed to test a model of antecedents affecting the development of entrepreneurship in Khuzestan Public Libraries Foundation personnel is conducted.
Methods
In this study a sample of 410 employees were selected by simple stratified sampling, were tested. Data collection included questionnaires innovative organizational climate, perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment, organizational creativity and entrepreneurial behavior in the organization. In order to test the proposed model of structural equation modeling was used.
Results
The results showed significant direct routes perceived organizational support and organizational creative atmosphere for entrepreneurship development was the removal of non-meaningful routes, the model was modified. Algvyany fitness indexes structural equation, the modified model showed good fit. The results of the indirect relationships, these relationships were confirmed.
