The Domain of Time and Place in Independent Reasoning

Abstract:
Independent reasoning is a process which jurisprudent use it to coincide the content ýof sharia to the changing needs in every age. Dynamism and growth of independent ýreasoning is conditional on the knowledge about the spirit of time and its needs;
Therefor the evolution in the method of independent reasoning is a natural issue that ýresults in evolution in subjects, criteria of judgment that belongs to them and ýsometimes evolution in decisions.
In some cases, changing in subjects is a ýsubstantive evolution and in some cases, functional evolution that is created ýaccording to the time, place and customary eloquence. This changing and evolution ýshould be in the defined scientific framework and mechanism and should be kept ýaway from excess and defect.
The theory of rule of time and place in independent ýreasoning cause evolution, dynamism and growth of jurisprudence and due to this ýindependent reasoning will has developed capacity that can answer to the new issues ýconcurrent scientific progress for the Islamic society.
