Abstract:
emphasized as the most valuable assets at the level of organizations and their success, and today human resource managers believe that the selection and appointment of suitable employees in line with their job position is worthwhile. The present study identifies the factors influencing the Recruitment and Selection of Human Resources Based on competency in by content analysis and interview with the panel of experts, and its classification in eight main dimensions including factors An environment that influences the determination of strategies, players of recruiting and selecting manpower, planning Human resource based on industry professional competencies, determination of merit criteria, matching competencies with occupations, human resource recruitment measures, human resources selection measures and internal and external implications, then prioritizing these factors by officials and human resources managers of Persian Gulf industries co and using the Fuzzy Topsis .Prioritization results indicated that determining the appropriate number of people, technical knowledge, team working, professional competence assessment, legal requirements, implement in recruitment process, staffing empowerment , axial justice in attracting manpower and competition factor in each of the dimensions affecting the model Has the highest priority.
