Examination of Strategies of Institutionalizing Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil in the Public Culture of the Community

The institutionalization of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil and changing it to a dominant and progressive culture in the society effected by causes and different factors has its special methods which it has a pivot role in this paper. According to the religious teachings, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil is a teachable culture and the sources of teachings are the intellect (aql) and transmitted proof (naql). Based on these two sources, a comprehensive and true planning appropriate with time and the levels of learners, selecting highly skilled as agents of the religious propagation and teachings, observing the individual and social conditions and learners' interest are of the components of true teaching factor of these two Islam principles. The propagation is another factor and has different methods and ways and knowing and practicing it for the institutionalization of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil is vital like creating spiritual spaces and strengthening the cultural and religious centers, establishing ground for attracting the majority with the method of defining the notable religious and scientific persons, forming religious centers and religious sessions are of the samples of this factor. Attention to the mental aspects and psychological factors of the addressee are of other factors for the occurrence and the institutionalization of the religious virtues because with the spiritual crisis. Any positive movement does not begin and produce result. Creating culture is prior to the cultural practices and virtue-centered. Being jobless, job security, jobs and skills mismatch (skills is inappropriate for the job) and responsibility, negligence (inattention) to the social justice , cost of living and education, obscurity and dishonesty are of the most important mental and spiritual crisis which disturbing the human social system and weakening his tendency towards thinking and accepting the Islamic doctrines and acculturation. Also, this paper has studied. Serious attention to the political and economic factors, control and observation that without them no values and no norms can be advanced and continued and anomalies have not been cleared from the society and all obstacle factors and logical and intellect pathology around each factor which causes to eliminate or fade human motivation in the tendency to the divine virtues have been studied in this research.
