Abstract:
Islam has been considered as the last and most comprehensive divine religion to settle human life in the individual and public fields. The components of the social environment of persons as the other side of coin in weltanschauung (world view) have assigned the Quran verses and many hadiths. The principles and pillars of these teachings have been presented in the shape of ordinances and fiqhi rules in obligatory, mandatory, forbidden and detestable (makruh) acts to create necessary motivation for Muslims. For the institutionalization of these Quranic and divine components in the social and individual life of Muslims, the personal duty of the holy prophet has a crucial position. The holy prophet is a person who has been defined superior and has authority over people " بالمؤمنین من نفسهم ح حلنبی ولی ح " (Surely the Prophet has more superior over the believers than they have over themselves) by the noble Quran. Most Islamic scholars and the Quran researchers and exegetes by implying to this verse based on considering Islam as the perfection and last religion believe that the position and personality and significance of the holy prophet has not merely limited to the individual religious issues but they emphasize the vital rule of the holy prophet in directing social human nature, worldly and eternal welfare of the Islamic communities and also they believe the holy prophet has a key role to access the government and other progressive and establishment aspects of the social system in the Islamic communities. with analytic- descriptive method, The present note tries to answer this question what way the holy prophet has selected to establish the Islamic communities. In the frame and the theory of structure and agency of Colin Hay, findings indicate that forming the Islamic government as a requirement for the social order and of the human life necessities that it has been observed by all divine religions and schools but Islam has paid more attention. The holy prophet has a pivotal role in the creation, establishment and continuity of the social system in the Islamic communities. Therefore, the structure (Islam religion and the Quranic verses and hadiths) and agency (the prophet's actions) as two sides of a coin which are complementary to each other have a vital role in this issue. Although at the end, the important and crucial role is the structure that theoretical teachings make the structure become institutionalized and practical.
