Abstract:
Explaining and defining methodology is one of the prerequisites for entering any science. The modern sciences, which are based on developments in the civilization of the West after the middle Ages, are worthy of this, too.
In order to explain the methodology origin of modern science, it is necessary to analyze the theories of the modern science theorists, which will be done by examining Galileo, Newton and Descartes' views. The emergence of heterogeneous and conflicting methods in the field of science and the fundamental difference between science and religion is one of the consequences of this category of ideas.
The lack of a strong axis for the integration of sciences under a headline, the history of the church's harsh encounter with medieval scholars and theorists, and the weakness of theology of the Bible have led to confusion and divergence in the methodology of modern science.
In Islamic civilization, the three Ashkyari, Mu'tazilites, and pure Islam explain the position of intellect in the methodology of Islamic science. The pure Islam offers a pattern of transcendental philosophy, a harmonious system of reason and religion, or science and religion.
