Analyze the role of parks and gardens in urban crisis management in Tehran in line with the principles of passive defense

The occurrence of natural and human crises in all cities is probable, and therefore, with scientific research, it should be possible to manage existing crises. Urban parks and parks play a strategic and non-operational role in urban crisis management: because in the management of urban crises the principle of the availability of biological facilities on one side and on the other hand is not enclosed and also critical the lack of basic principles is considered to be available in urban parks and gardens. The past and contemporary history of Tehran shows that the city is constantly in need of planning to manage urban crises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and explain the role of parks and parks in managing the urban crisis in Tehran in line with the principles of non-operational defense. The main question of the article is that, with regard to the principles of non-operating defense of parks and gardens, what role do they play in managing the urban crisis in Tehran? The hypothesis we are trying to answer this question is that considering the vertical and horizontal densities in Tehran and the traffic congestion and urban texture exhaustion and inappropriate passages and non-standard structures of urban structures, Parks and urban gardens can be used as the management base and citizens 'and victims' Shelter. The results of the article also show that Tehran's parks and parks can be considered suitable for crisis management as well as for the damaged citizens if they are planned and equipped properly. Therefore, in this article, it will be tried to analyze and explain the role of parks and gardens in managing the urban crisis in Tehran in accordance with the principles of non-operating defense, using library resources as well as other available scientific resources.
