Abstract:
Hassan bin Ali bin Mohammed bin Ali bin Hasan al-Tabari, known as Najm al-Din and Imad al-Din al-Tabari and Imad al-Tabari's has been the one of famous scholars from Amol and Mazandaran and he has been contemporary with Khajeh nasiraldin Tusi, Mohaghegh Hilli and Aallameh hilli (seventh century). In the present article we want to describe the political thoughts of this greet faghih of shiat. For this purpose, inspired by the skinners methods of hermeneutics we have tried to introduction of his life and his character. And by reference to his available texts with the open reading these texts and with engaging in political and social era of ilkhanan and according to the foundations and religious traditions of Shiite political era ilkhanan we have proceed to reread his political jurisprudence texts and his views on the concept of politics, the need for government and department, headed types, the department of justice and his origin, conditions, characteristics ,duties and options and its authority, headed by Valye faghih during the occultation, the source of legitimacy and expansion of their province, system of Soltani and interacting with that.
