Abstract:
What is remarkable in this research is, studying the governance and its style regarding the remarks represented by Imam Ali in Nahjolbalagheh and Eunuch Nezamolmolk Tousi in Siaasatnaameh by relying on governors' ethic and responsibilities. Typical examples studied in this research include how the targets and desires of government to be realized and how it needs a governor with political, ideological, educative, scientific, and ethical specific abilities and characteristics; moreover this research investigates the interaction and influence of religious beliefs in governance style and applying the human principles in actions of government. Finally, the principles of government and governance techniques are compared and matched in two remaining literary-political works (Imam Ali's Nahjolbalagheh from Arab territories and Eunuch Nezamolmolk Tousi's Siaasatnaameh from Persia land). While studying the extensive dimensions of governance in Nahjolbalgheh, and expressing its effects on Siaasatnaameh (Seyrolmoluk) that is one of the most valuable Iranian political and literary books, in this research these two books' views about governors' ethic and responsibilities have been compared. Comparative studies and achievements from this study show that Emam uses the Holy Book as an epigraph in his works under any circumstances. But, when Islamic Iranian identity is exposed to plunder of Seljuk Turks in the throe of destruction, Khajeh links the enthusiasm of of ancient Iran to the Islamic political realism. Imam seeks the principle of justice under any circumstances, and Khajeh wants to find out the principle of politics under any circumstances. Khajeh's regret from language and character of Imam Ali is obvious in some parts of his book. Both have the same defined goal, bot the way of their performance and the way of getting this goal is different.
