The Impact of the Open Status of "Technology Organization-Environment" and Mutual Service Production on the Performance of Tourism Offices with the Mediating Role of Digital Resources Preparedness

Nowadays, due to the existing competitive pressures related to the frequent and continuous conformity with a complex, dynamic and extremely related universal environment, organizations take various actions. Here, the cooperation and mutual service production turns out to be a common tactic in today's organizations. Thus, many service organizations have changed their process of value creation from a closed process to an open one via utilizing various kinds of cooperation. In is study, the impact of open "Technology-Organization- Environment" and mutual service production on the performance tourism offices with the mediating role of digital sources preparedness mediating. Research data have been collected from the tourist agencies in Guilan Province. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) algorithm. The obtained results confirmed the impact of the open status of "Technology-Organization-Environment" on the mutual service production and also on the performance of tourist agencies as well The mediating effect of accessing mediating or process enrichment on mutual service production and performance was also confirmed but the mediating effect of accessing or knowledge enrichment on the mutual service production and performance was not confirmed.
