The Effect of Information and Communication Technology and Strategic Thinking on the Implementation of Knowledge Management in Sports and Youth Departments

The purpose of this research, Impact of Information and Communication Technology And strategic thinking on the implementation of knowledge management. The research method is descriptive survey and it is one type of apply research. The population of this study included all experts employees of jeneral youth and sports west of Iran. That through sampling According to the Morgan table, 175 people were selected as samples. For data collection we used to three questionnaires of Researcher made information and communication technology, strategic thinking monavaryan et al (1391), knowledge management Lawson (2003). Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were approved. for data analyze, we used to structural equation modeling(SEM) and path analysis by the LISREL software. The results showed Standard coefficient between two variables of information and communication technology and implementation of knowledge management equal to 0/52 and between two variables of strategic thinking and implementation of knowledge management equal to 0/37.So it can be concluded that information and communication technology and strategic thinking on implementation knowledge management has an impact.
