META-ANALYSIS OF STUDIES IN THE FIELD OF WORK CULTURE IN IRAN

Abstract:
According to the many different and sometimes contradictory findings in the field of work culture, in this article, we attempt to answer basic questions, what is the status of work culture in our society and what factors related to work culture. In addition, we review pathology of studies and introduce research gaps in this field. We investigate, work culture with meta-analysis technique. We reviewed 117 internal researches and selected 42 documents. The result indicates: the average work culture, is the medium level and a range of internal, outsourcing factors and ground variables affect it. In these studies, internal organizational variables, were the effect of: job satisfaction and security, organizational justice, participatory management, organizational participation, specialization and non-contradiction in role, work experience, proper system of work, favorable job promotion system and outsourcing variables, directly related to age, inverse relationship of education. Based on the findings of the research, the pathology of studies and study gaps in this area are presented and suggestions and solutions are presented.
