Surveying and comparing the viewpoint of fundamentalists of Shiite and Interpretater of Two Sects in the Most Important of Principle of Birraah

Proving and investigating evidence of birraah which is one of the most important principle for fundamentalists of Shiite, has great importance. Some of the fundamentalists use verses for proving the Principle of Birraah. this article have tried to mention the most imortant Principle of Birraah verses such as 15 isra, 7 talaqh, 42 anfal to Reconciling and show the similarities and differences between fundamentalists,s opinions and Interpretater of Shia and Sunni in their books. In these verses, fundamentalists have two opinions, according to one, the verses indicat into Principle of Birraah, and according to other these donot. Base on the first verse, the Sunnis Interpretations mostly mention to the different between the legal and rational barraah and in the Shia interpretions alike fundamentalists, are two opinion. In second verse both Shia and Sunnis interpretor Carrying on the negation of impossible assignment from God and they mention some examples like donating Charity more than power, knowing witouth its instrument and etc. theses interpritation is not oposit of interpriting this verse as any kind of negation of impossible assignment. third verse both of them interpret according to dignity of descend. Over time, The foundamental verses have been a lot of changes and bith Interpretater of Shia and Sunni and fundamentalists of both Jurisprudential religion have a lot of common about them. Comparating of these verses could help Convergence and proximity of two Sciences interpretation and principles of jurisprudence.
