The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship(case study: Teachers School of Marvdasht Boys )

Abstract:
Background and Objectives
Organizations need higher knowledge for further development. The importance of the knowledge category has grown in recent decades, due to the concentration of knowledge as one of the key sources of the organization, and empirical evidence suggests that there is a positive relationship between human capital and entrepreneurship. In this research, we study the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurship
Method
This descriptive study is a correlation type. The statistical population (N = 130) is the faculty of Marvdasht boys technical school. Of these, according to Morgan's table, we selected 97 people as sample. Since our statistical society is not homogeneous, we chose the relative proportional sample for each sample based on proportional sampling. Findings: By examining each of the hypotheses, the main hypothesis (Significant relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurship) is rejected. Among the subassumptions of the research, assuming three relationships between knowledge management and skill at the 95% confidence level and sig: 0.020 Among the sub-assumptions of the research, assuming three relationships between knowledge management and skill at the 95% confidence level and sig: 0.020 Because this value is less than 0.05 , the assumption of zero is not verified, and since r = 270, this relationship is direct. Also, the five assumptions were the relationship between knowledge management and opportunity discovery at a confidence level of 99. The percentage of sig: 0.006 was obtained. Since this value is less than 0.01, Reject zero assumption Also since 326 r =. This is a direct relationship. But the main assumption of the research is at 95% confidence level since the significance level is 087. And this value is greater than 05. Therefore, the assumption of the research is rejected, Also, the sub-assumptions of one, two, four, six, and seven at the 95 confidence level with sig: 462., sig: .310, sig: .899, sig: .459and sig: .151, since these values are more than 05. All five research hypotheses are rejected.
Conclusion
The results of the research indicate that the professors are alien to the phenomenon of knowledge management or have an existing questionnaire and have not been able to correctly identify the variable.
