Investigating the effect of 5 neo individuals traits on the effectiveness of teaching and choosing the best options for teaching using FUZZYAHP&TOPSISI technique

While today, the need to pay attention to On the job training programs a strategic tool to promote the interests of educational environments in the field of competition is raised, but unfortunately sometimes the failure to consider some aspects in this method would break or fade this method. .In this paper, we try to find the best options for using these benefits by taking into account the five dimensions of the personality traits of the NEO of individuals and the effect that the effectiveness of in-service training has on them. Of course, inappropriate choices not only cost a lot of money on the organization (Educational environment), but it also lowlights the importance of this in educational settings. The statistical population of this study was teachers of the primary  schools in Davarsen city. Using random method, 60 people were selected to answer the questions .In this research, we have tried to present a methodology with five personality dimensions in order to provide the best choices for sending deputy directors of the first period schools in Davarzan. The method of data collection in this study is to use standardized reference books. For example, for the five personality dimensions of the NEO-FFI questionnaire, McCurry and Costa (1985), I have used data analysis using SPSS and SMARTPLS software. Finally, we have tried to use the combined technique FUZZYAHP & TOPSIS to select the options Rank in order of priority.
