Ethical requirements for the management of religious places with the approach of Nahj al-Balaghah

Message:
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ethical attributes on the performance of managers, based on Nahj al-Balaghah which is the manifestation of the theoretical and practical instructions of Imam Ali (AS). This study aims to prove that the correct application of ethical management in religious organizations will institutionalize ethical values. In addition, there will be many positive results, most notably the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. To answer the research question, first the components of individual and social ethics were extracted using Nahj al-Balaghah and after that, their impact on key performance factors emphasizing the dimensions of building trust and commitment and establishing justice was studied. Findings of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between ethics and performance. The components of trust, commitment and performance in the holy shrine of hazrat Masoumeh (S) are in a good condition, but the components of justice are not in a good condition.
