Investigating the Effect of Organic Structure on Organizational Performance Considering the Mediating Role of Innovation

Background
Today's organizations need to have a structure that has little control over it, because creativity and organizational innovation require the abandonment of the rules and frameworks of the mind that can provide multiple new ideas. One of the most important factors in organizational creativity and innovation is the proper structure and organization with the desired goals. An organization that can innovate in its own business can expect its performance to grow. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organic structure on the performance of the organization with the mediator role of innovation.  
Materials and Methods
The research method is applied in terms of purpose and is correlational according to the method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and survey method and distributed randomly among 197 employees of Yazd province's tile and ceramic industrial companies. Data was analyzed using PLS software and confirmation of relationships between variables and factors was done through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique using LISREL software.  
Findings
The results of the research show that organic structure has a significant effect on the performance of the organization with the mediator role of innovation and the relationship between organic structure and organization's performance is confirmed. The findings also show that innovation has an impact on organic structure. The relationship between organizational performance and innovation is also confirmed.  
Conclusions
An organizational structure that is organic has a significant impact on the organization's performance. An important issue is the organization's support for innovation that creates new ideas and effects.
