Performance Evaluation of Maskan Bank Branches Based on European Foundation for Quality Management Model (Case Study: Kermanshah County)

Aim and Excellence models are a good way to evaluate the performance of organizations. Using these models, the organization can compare its performance with other competitors at the national and international levels. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of Maskan branches in Kermanshah city based on European Foundation for Quality Management model and the nine domains included in the results and empowerment groups.   This applied research was carried out in a survey method. The statistical population consisted of all employees and heads of branches of Maskan Bank in Kermanshah city in 2017 in 86 people. The sampling was done by a whole scale and the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. The questionnaire has 36 questions packed and weighted. The hypothesis test was performed using one-sample t-test with SPSS software version 19.   The results show that the Bank's institutional excellence in all EFQM criteria includes leadership benchmark, policy and strategy, staff management, resource partnerships, processes, customer outcomes, employee outcomes, community results and key performance results at 50% level, and Well, but it's not quite good, and there are problems and inadequacies in management, leadership, staffing, partnerships and resources, organizational processes.   Addressing the areas of improvement and efforts to improve them can improve the bank's excellence. Therefore, it is suggested that senior managers of the bank will try to improve each of the EFQM criteria considering the efficiency of this model by examining its concepts and sub-criteria. After planning and implementing them, reviewing and reviewing will be the key to success.
