Abstract:
Although the 2011 Egyptian Revolution may not be considered a complete revolution based on the academic definition of the "revolution", the transformation shaped in this country from the point of view of a change that could create players in the regional order and behavior patterns is deeply studyable. One area of study is the rivalry between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States for modeling in Egypt. This paper tries to design a conceptual model for defining foreign players' competition in politically changing countries with such concepts as soft power, political change, and diplomacy, and to answer the question of how far the modeling of the Egyptian revolution is on the agenda of Iran And America, and what were the goals, content and strategies of such models. The results indicate that Iran and the United States have deeply dealt with this issue.
