Determining the Scope of Forensic Jurisdiction in Detection of Crimes against Chastity

Refer to the first paragraph of Article I of the Law of Legal Medicine Organization, including commenting and investigating crimes against chastity as well. This study sought to determine the scope of Forensic Medicine, the discovery is a crime against chastity. The study of scholars from different perspectives, we can see that Iranian legislator to determine the scope of forensics to discover crimes against chastity, imposed various materials and the various interpretations and sometimes it is inadequate to determine Which, doubts about the competence of the arrival of forensics to uncover crimes against chastity, is created.
