An Analysis of the Ethical Crimes of Cyberspace Using the Data Mining Approach
Cybercrime is a new phenomenon of emerging crime that is constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated as new and more Internet-based technologies grow. One of the most common cybercrimes in cyberspace is the ethical crimes of cyberspace, which is very important due to its relation to the dignity of individuals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ethical crimes of cyberspace using a data mining approach.
In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and of content analysis type. The statistical population of the research included the cybercrimes. The sample size is the ethical crimes of cyberspace in 2010-2015.Findings and
The best model for analyzing and extracting the rules governing cyberspace moral crime data is the C5 Decision Tree Model. The results of the study showed that the characteristics that affect the ethical crimes of cyberspace are occupation, education, gender, age, marriage and the role of the individual. In this study, the rules governing the ethical crime of cyberspace were extracted and by analyzing these rules preventive solutions can be suggested.
