INVESTIGATING THE FACTORS AFFECTING UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES OF ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY - KERMANSHAH BRANCH

Human resources is considered, the richest capitals of each country to achieve industrial growth and development. The experience of developed and industrialized countries suggests that these countries have had a special look at their first steps of their development, with detailed plans for their graduates and alumni, while developing comprehensive industrial and scientific, have managed to solve problems like unemployment through their precise programs. But in our country, some factors that have social, economic and managerial roots, have led to the emergence of unemployment phenomena in academic graduates, and the huge resources of human resources that should be the focus of the principle of sustainable development, have been ignored.
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting graduates' unemployment from educational, socio-cultural, and managerial dimensions. The statistical population of this research includes all graduates of Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah during 2010-2013. Using cluster sampling, 150 individuals were selected as samples, then, to collect the required information, the sample group was asked to answer a researcher-made questionnaire. The results of this study confirm the validity of all three hypotheses and indicate that educational, managerial and socio-cultural factors have a significant role in unemployed graduates. Among the mentioned factors, cultural and social factors have the greatest impact on unemployed graduate.
