Study of the Policy Making in the Education System of the Islamic Seminary of Afghanistan

Abstract:
The seminary is the oldest religious education institution in Afghanistan that is committed to the study, study and promotion of Islamic knowledge and education. this seminary today requires a revision of their policies and curricula in view of the acceleration of knowledge and the diversification of strategies and techniques for learning and its implementation, and the effective and desirable conduct of their mission requires the need to revise current policies. This study was carried out with the aim of identifying the current state of policy making in the educational system of seminary. Its method, is analytical -descriptive, using interview as a tool for data collection and its analytical techniques is Qualitative content analysis. The present research is the first research that has been adopted in this field by a managerial and problem-based approach. The findings of this study show that the current policies of the seminary education system face difficulties.
