The effect of Human Resources Flexibility on Innovative Work Behavior: The Explanation of Mediating role of Psychological Capital (Case: Keshavarzi Bank)

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between human resources flexibility and innovative work behaviors according to the Mediating role of psychological capital. Statistic population included of 1103 employee of central organizations of Keshavarzi bank using stratified sampling and Krejcie and Morgan table, 278 selected as the sample size. Data was collected through three standard questionnaires. Beltrán-Martín et al (2008) Human Resource Flexibility Scale, innovative work behaviors Scale proposed by De Jong and Den Hartog (2010) and psychological capital Scale was developed by Luthans, Youssef and Avolio (2007) was employed. Hypothesis testing were carried out through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results demonstrated that human resources flexibility is directly related to innovative work behavior and also psychological capital as a Mediating variable has a positive and meaningful relationship on human resources flexibility and innovative work behaviors. It is recommended that the managers of the bank pay attention to the flexibility of human resources and the promotion of the psychology of capital in order to realize the innovative work behaviors in employees.
