Citizenship rights in Islam and Iran

Abstract:
In the holy religion of Islam, the Qur’an, since its descent, has always been emphasized on the citizenship rights, and Allah Almighty mentions the Muslims in Surah Hijarat, verse 13, the aim of creating them as males, females and tribes and colors and different races, is because of determination each other, and aware of their duties and responsibilities, and respect and regard the rights; types of citizenship rights, in Islam, are: political, civil, economic, social, cultural, and judicial, that regarding these rights behalf of Islamic governments to people, people to each other, and people to government, a clam and secure society has been made, and Muslim credibility has been increased day by day; and no person’s citizenship right will be violated, and all citizen entitle equivalent right; however, those who strive and are with piety, will surely have more dignity and more salary.
