Investigating the Effects of Employee Knowledge Sharing Behaviors on Innovation in Services and Processes in Selected Sports Federations

The aim of this study is Evaluating the relationship between knowledge sharing behaviors with process and service innovations in selective sports federations of Islamic Iran republic including football, volleyball and basketball federations. The data were collected by using questionnaire among 110 employers of these three federations. They were analyzed by descriptive- inferential techniques and instructors modeling equations using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by utilizing the validity of content, structural value, convergent and divergent validity and for surveying. And for surveying stability of questionnaire questions, the Alpha Cronbach coefficient has been used which calculated for 71% of all questions of the questionnaire and confirmed. The results showed that the variables of knowledge sharing and innovation in services and process are more than average. Also, the results achieved from instruction equation modeling showed that knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovation of services and process
