Investigating the Realization of the Purposes of In-Service Training Courses in Central Libraries of Tehran State Universities from the Viewpoint of Managers and Participants

The main objective of this research is to "assess the extent to which the objectives of in-service training courses in the central libraries of Tehran's public universities are realistic". The method used is survey. Three questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive and analytical methods were also used to answer research questions and test hypotheses. The research population is the central libraries of 13 public universities in Tehran. Given that there were fewer managers, all of them were referred. But the number of employees according to the statistical community in this study is 183 according to the Morgan table. In this research, a random sampling method is used to select the sample from the cracker formula, which is a combination of sampling and simple random sampling. Regarding the extent of realization of the main objectives for in-service training courses in the present study, managers assessed the extent of achieving all goals on a level, while from the perspective of participants, the extent to which the goals were achieved For periods not at a level. Indeed, in terms of participants, the component of quality of activities with the average (3.20) and the motive component (2.82) had the lowest growth during in-service training periods. According to other findings, there was no significant difference between the average views of managers and participants regarding the extent to which the objectives of in-service training courses were achieved.
