Abstract:
One of the most important emprises of the first Pahlavi is trying to transmission of new science and technology to Iran. The Pahlavi decided to provide proper condition with the aim of entrance of new science and technology. This research has an analytical descriptive method. This article is trying to describe and analyze programs and decision of the Pahlavi with regards to transmission of new science and technology. The paper studies legislative policy of first Pahlavi through examining the legislations of the National with regard to provide proper condition for Parliament during the year of 13041320 transmission of new science and technology. According to the findings of the Article main aim of the mentioned enactment s were providing human revenue in order to completion of different Govt. projects. In other word, the governor prefers using of the new western technology rather than transmission of new science and technology and renovation and development of the country was a superficial and technological issue.
