Study professional ethics and social responsibility in the country's sports organizations

Today, one of the most important key success factors organizations, according to social responsibility and professional ethics as a competitive advantage in society. Thepurpose of this study research professional ethics and social responsibility in the country's sports organizations. Present descriptive survey research methodology and practical goal and cross sectional data are collected 2017 in years. The study included statistical community operational managers and staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports federations and the heads of the National Olympic Committee, according to statistics about 153 people. The study sample full and the number of the society to collectinformation from the questionnaires construction researcher with 54 and 5 point Likert next question. Content validity and reliability of the approval of the questionnaire survey method to Cronbach's 91 / 0 was calculated for analysis of the test -Kolmogorov-Smirnov, a single sample t-tests and exams, Friedman. The study showed that generally social responsibilityand professional ethics in the country's sports organizations' below average and standards(M=2.80). The study also showed the policy and practice, ethical codes, the effectiveness of communication and the welfare of the people, the foremost concern of sports organizations'(Rank: 34.67-32.60)and the country's financial support from the local sports associations, the morality of employment issues,energy -saving and evaluate the performance of the concerns of the least importance and in connection with 2the social responsibility and professional ethics in the country's sports organization(Rank: 20.91-23.35).
