The Technology of fabricating Flexible Photonic Devices

In this paper, recent advances have been made in the field of the fabricating the flexible photonic devices in the context of the ever-expanding progress of novel nanomaterials and innovative mechanical designs, reviewed. Then, the wide range of applications of this category of devices in different fields of industry, health and technology has been studied. In the next step, the challenges ahead preventing the provision of these devices in line with similar advances in the electronic industry have been raised, and then proposed methods to remove barriers in this field, briefly discussed.
