An Inquiry into the Narrations of Kitab al-Tawhid by Muhammad b. Abdul Wahhab

Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab's Kitab al-Tawhid contains a lot of narrations which, according to his followers, are authentic. In this study which has been conducted with an analytical and descriptive method, some of the traditions and repots of this books which are mudarraj and proved to be poor in terms of their chains of transmission and some others which are against explicit and established religious doctrines are examined. In the critical assessment of these traditions discussed in this article, not only the words of prominent Sunni scholars but also the confession of the annotators and researchers of Kitab al-Tawhid who were the intellectual followers of the shaykh (Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab) have been used.
