The Effect of Comprehensive Quality Management on Organizational Innovation

Generally, comprehensive quality management is a way to improve the effectiveness, flexibility and competitiveness of manufacturing and service enterprises that incorporate all units, activities and individuals at all levels. Regarding the implementation of comprehensive quality management in Yazd province, in this research, we aimed to investigate the impact of comprehensive quality
management on the organizational innovation in the Yazd Telecommunication Company by using the scientific tool to measure andstudy. To achieve this goal, the impact of comprehensive quality management dimensions on organizational innovation has been explored directly using a conceptual model. this research is a descriptive correlation based on the purpose of the application  and based on the data collection method. The statistical population of the research includes all employees
of the company in Yazd province. Sample size was calculated by simple random sampling method using  Cochran formula. Library and field studies are used to collect information. in order to investigate the relationship between variables and test the research hypotheses, partial least squares method is used. The partial least squares method for evaluating structural equation models includes two main parts of the method related to measuring models and the structural part. the results showed that overall quality management and dimensions mentioned in the organizational innovation have a direct and direct effect. has the greatest impact on innovation performance among other dimensions
