determine the role of e-learning driving and traffic regulations on learning cognitive of students who are applicant receiving third base driving licens.

This study aimed to determine the role of e-learning driving and traffic regulations on learning cognitive of students who are applicant receiving third base driving license. Methods of research test and post-test type with experimental and control. The statistical universe in this research included all students applying for third grade of driver's license Harsin city in 1394 with a capacity of 475 people. The statistical samples with a capacity of 34 people from the universe using cluster sampling were selected. Then the samples members were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups, ach were divided with a capacity of 17 people. Research tools were e-learning software of driving regulations that was made by the investigator and so it was used by the educator. The data collected using descriptive statistics which describes the characteristics of the sample group in the form of dispersion index and central tendency indicators such as: Mean, Median, frequency tables, graphs and so on, were analyzed. According to research type in inferential statistics, independent t-test was used. The results showed that the use of e-learning have no appositive impact on learning of the students in the knowledge level,but it have have a positive impact on the learning levels of comprehension, application, analysis as well as the satisfaction rate of student from any training period.
