Evidence of identity in adolescence stories based on Ericsson's psychosocial theory
Adolescence stories are full of educational tips in addition to entertaining features. One of the basic questions during adolescence is one's curiosity about self-knowledge and identity. Therefore, it may be said that adolescent can answer these curiosities through fiction reading. The present study intends to examine the status of adolescents fiction books in terms of identity dimensions and in terms of compilation and translation. Another aim of the study is to list the fictions that have focused on identities more than others.
The current research is descriptive and approach has been used to collect research data is content analysis. The statistical society consists of all the fiction books of the age groups "d" and "e" published in the years 1390-94 by the Children's and Young Children's Intellectual Development Center, and in total are included 180 story titles. .
Studies have shown that the fictions examined do not take into account the same types of identities in the same way. The authors focus on personal identity, family identity, group identity, and national identity. Other types of identity differ in compilation and translation fictions. Therefore, it can be said that the lack of attention to other identities, the negative effects and serious and irreparable harm in the formation and consolidation of identity of adolescents. In the final section of the research findings, seven titles of top fictions have been introduced with consideration of the identity components posed by psychological theories.
