The role of literary Sciences in understanding and interpretation of the Qur’an
This paper deals with the roe of three disciplines of philology, morphology and syntax in the understanding and interpretation of the Qur’an, giving some evidences and examining some related rules. This study shows that there are some analyses based on certain arrangement of the verses which yields to a particular theory in law or theology. In understanding the role of the philology, rules like the principle of synonymy of the words, the rule of Ishtirak and the roots of the words have important status. There have been cases in which ignoring the morphological structure of the words have lead the exegetes to misunderstanding of the Qur’anic verses. This in part proves the vital role of this discipline in understanding and exegesis of the Qur’an. In examining the role of the syntax following verses will be studied: the dispute ,”و ما یعلم تاویله الا الله و الراس خون فی العلم“ in the verse ”و“ dispute over in the verse of abolotion, the arrangement ”عطف“ over the conjunction the meaning ,”و ان من اهل الکتاب الا لیومنن به قبل موته“ of the pronouns in the dispute over the referent ,”ما کان لهم الخیره“ : in the following verse ”ما“ of “ لا بنین فیها احقابا” syntactical structure of the verse ,”و لذلک خلقهم“ of the and the like.
