Prevention of corruption with emphasis on staff training
One of the problems of the administrative system is corruption. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of in-service training in preventing corruption and trying to identify the impact of training in preventing corruption. The question is how in-service training with the content of teaching Islamic values and ethics and training of administrative rules and procedures have an impact on reducing administrative corruption and promoting administrative health. The research method was descriptive correlational and questionnaire was used to collect data. The data are from the statistical population of the staff of a municipal service organization. The sampling method is simple random and the sample size is 210 employees. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the components of in-service education (with the content of teaching Islamic values and ethics and the training of administrative rules and procedures) and reduction of administrative corruption. According to the findings of the study, managers of organizations should emphasize the strengthening of staff training programs in the field of belief and ethics training and administrative training and managers themselves should be the best factor in these trainings.
