Prevention is the most effective and best way to combat offenses and other social abnormalities and all criminologists and scholars agree on this, but there is no consensus on how to implement it, and different and possibly contradictory views are expressed. One of the most important reasons is the lack of attention to modeling in this area, which is referred to as knowledge architecture. In this study, considering the importance of Najafi reputation in public opinion, the importance of human resources and the negative consequences of the Najafi offenses and its staff in different sectors, we offer safeguards in both the negative and positive areas in order to prevent the occurrence of Tafizi offenses.
