Evaluating the Necessary Skills for Managers in Cultural domain, from the Perspective of Commanders and Elites of NAJA
This paper in order to define the factors and indicators has evaluated necessary skills for managers in cultural domain. The statistical population of the study includes the commanders and managers of NAJA in Tehran that 50 people have been selected according to Kookran Formula. The purpose of the study is practical and the methodology is descriptive-survey. The collection of the information has been done through questionnaire using Likert continuum and finally by doing statistical test the necessary analysis of the data has bee done. The findings show that the managers in cultural domain in every level need these qualifications and skills: Strategic thinking, Cultural IQ, Cultural Leadership and Cultural Analysis, Cultural Variety Management, Cultural Integrity and globalization of culture management from humanity skills, cultural and practical and technological business which are important for NAJA to cultivate the culture.
