Abstract:

This project was aimed at analyzing the concept of Tabarri in the national movement and Islamic movement discourses. With this regard the interaction or opposition of Imam Khomeini and Mehdi Bazargan's approach toward arrogance through a discourse analysis method by lakla and Mophe have been discussed. Moreover, the concept of Tabarri as a major cause of divergence between the national movement and dominant thoughts of the Islamic movement was argued. Research demonstrated that the intellectual and behavioral gap which existed between two discourse subjects was rooted in discord of the central slab and floating slab of the discourses. The disagreement of the nature of their view towards different epistemic and behavioral aspects, with respect to political foundations of Shia and particularly Tabarri, rooted in the fundamental position of this concept in Khomeini's discourse. On the other side, Bazargan's discourse demonstrates a tendency towards west which could be seen in one side of central slab clearly.
