A new approach to assessing personal satisfaction in the Rural Water and Was te Water Company of Fars province
This Study was conducted on systematically random selected (154n) personel in Rural Water and Wast Water Compani of Fars province. The aim of this study was producting, standardization and conducting personel satisfaction E-form questionnare by respect to practical, content and Process approach theorys. The research method was descriptive by surveying. Gathered data was feed to SPSS-24 software to do investigative factor analysis and LISREL-8.8 software was used to do approval factor analysis. Findings approved both validity and reliability of this questionnare baised on Spector's (2003), general and multi-dimentional approach. As a result, components had distributed between six factors, found as job satisfaction stuctioral model; so, income facor was the most indicating personel satisfaction and after that, job promotion, coworkers, job invironment, work and dutys and organizational terms and conditions respectively had predictive roles. This study, had some implications for that company to improve personel satisfaction.
