Preparation of strategic model for management and organization of I.R. of Iran air transportation

The air transportation has known as an engine for development around the world and one of a result of air transportation and especially airport in a city is city development and enhancement. The air transportation is one of the most importation sector in each country which has a significant affect in GDP and in some of countries it is around 1.5-2.5% and more. As the importance if this sector in each country and specially in Iran, this is need to have a strategic model for development of this sector and as Islamic republic of Iran is a religious country and Velayate-e-Faghih  is the top decision maker for strategic decisions  and  policies, then this model must be based on the Velayat-e-Faghig visions and ideas. In this paper we have provided a strategic model for structural and organizing of air transportation in Iran and evaluated this model via questionnaire. Reasearch method is descriptive-analytic and case-field study research, Statistical population including of managers and suprime experts of aviation and airtransport and the quantity with Kokran formula calculation were 67 persions. Data and information gathering tools were included of library documents, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis method was using of descriptive and inferential statistics and  for data analyzing  used of statistical distributions  and test hypotheses method.   The approved strategic model includes of three sections: the first section is authority service providers including Iran Airports and Air Navigation company, security ministry, customs, safety and circumstances supervision department; execution section including of governmental and private players which provide all services in this sector and at the end didactic section including ministry of Road and Urban development, International civil aviation Organization(ICAO) and Iran civil aviation organization.
