Abstract:
Background and Objective

any effective and unauthorized delivery that causes the disadvantage, stop or delay in the implementation of the organization's mission or a significant part of the name, is called a mistake to be called on the mission. The occurrence of this problem is always possible in various organizations and also applies to the police organization. Therefore, this research aimed to recognize the implementation of the implementation of the situation in the implementation of the overall musical missions and the presents of the preventive solutions and the main question of the research and the questionnaires were answered an answer.

Methodology

existence research is an applied research viewpoint of thetype of objective and is descriptive-survey as far as methodology is concerned.The research population consists of all staffs of FATEB Constabularies in 2013 which was calculated using the Cochran formula of sample volume with 217 people and the reliability of the 23-item questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.883. Using Friedman and chi-square tests, the methods of prevention from disruption in performing missions were evaluated in this research.

Findings and Conclusions

The results of the collected data showed that employing every techniques of situational prevention from disruption in the constabularies’ missions has been effective and employing each of the situational prevention techniques were confirmed with a .95% reliability. Results of the research showed: Constant monitoring of chief constables over method of performing the constabulary missions has had the most impacts on prevention from disruption in missions and the scan of the papers of files in the system and change of closed rooms spaces of constabularies into open rooms have been the following priorities and the item “ presenting training to the staff who have not undergone sufficient training to perform duties “ has had the least effect in prevention from disruption.
