The effect of spiritual intelligence of managers on spiritual health and job stress of employees
Health and spiritual intelligence reduces job stress, better understanding of staff, and enhances employees' performance and motivation.) is.
This research is a descriptive-survey research. This research is of practical purpose. The statistical population of this study was staff of Payame Noor University of Mazandaran (370 persons). Accordingly, a sample of 113 people was selected and stratified randomly. Hypotheses were analyzed using field instruments including 3 standard questionnaires of Paulotzin and Ellison (1), King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire 2, and Osipo 1987 Job Stress Questionnaire for analyzing research hypotheses.
The results of the main hypothesis were confirmed at 95% confidence level. The path coefficient for job stress is 0.938 and for spiritual health is 0.972 which means that whenever the spiritual intelligence variable changes to one unit, the job stress variable is 0.938 and the spiritual health variable is 972. / 0 units change.
The results show that focusing on spiritual intelligence reduces the stress and job stress of staff and their spiritual health. Therefore, considering the improvement of work quality, attention to it in the organization seems necessary.
