Provide a model for improving the livelihoods of armed forces retirees with an emphasis on good governance

The purpose of this study is to design a model to improve the livelihoods of retirees. In this study, the main factor in reducing poverty is the establishment of good governance with regard to the review of theoretical foundations, the authors have considered social capital and empowerment as representing two socio-cultural approaches and an approach to developmental factors and it is assumed that knowledge management is a moderating variable that can improve governance and reduce poverty.

This modeling study was conducted using a descriptive-analytic approach using quantitative and qualitative techniques based on theoretical foundations and previous studies. Considering the increase in the number of retirees in the country and the importance of the well-being of the corps that has been working for many years, The statistical population of the research is a small dimension of all retired armed forces in Tehran and in the Numerical section, professors with a Ph.D. Professional in Semnan city. In the Qualitative section, the views of 10 professors were used and it was determined in a small part of the sample number that equals 384 people. Information is obtained from simple stratified sampling the following is a survey of relationships between variables with the help of Structural Equation and Smarrt PLS software. A questionnaire was used to collect data and used to determine the validity and reliability of the pre-test. The convergence validity method was also used to assess validity and the Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability.
